Returns Policy
At Millaé Intimates, your confidence and comfort are our top priorities. We understand that sometimes things might not be quite right, which is why we’re happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all full-priced items.
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the responsibility of the customer and flat fee of $10 will be deducted to cover the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup stains, perfume, fake tan, odours, pet hair, etc — please take care when trying on.
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount code, are eligible for store credit or exchange only. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer — orders placed using this offer are eligible for a refund excluding shipping.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded.
To start a return please contact us at info@millaeintimates.com ensuring to include order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return shipping instructions and a shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once your return has been received and reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. If it's been over 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us at info@millaeintimates.com. Millaé Intimates reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above and you will be required to pay a $10 shipping fee to have the items returned to you.
Millaé Intimates is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping costs.
