Yes! Every piece is thoughtfully designed in Sydney, Australia, and available exclusively through Millaé Intimates.
Each piece is made in limited quantities, but select styles and sizes may return depending on demand. If there is something you missed out on, we'd love to hear from you - please email us at info@millaeintimates.com to register your interest or check if a restock is planned.

Our garments are made from delicate fabrics that deserve gentle care. To keep them looking their best, please follow the care instructions below:
Care Instructions:
- Wash gently: Use cold water and a gentle or delicate cycle to preserve the fabric’s smooth texture and sheen.
- Separate colours: Always wash with similar tones to prevent colour transfer from other garments.
- Protect your piece: For extra care, place your item in a delicates bag to reduce friction and avoid snagging during the wash.
- Avoid harsh treatments: Do not bleach or tumble dry - this can damage the fibres and alter the finish of the fabric.
- Finish with care: Iron on a low to warm setting on the reverse side, or use a garment steamer for a soft, crease-free finish.

Orders
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@millaeintimates.com so we can assist you. Be sure to include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
While we will make every effort to accommodate any changes, please note that once an order has been invoiced or dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
Once payment has been received and your order is processed, it will be subject to our Returns Policy.
We take great pride in delivering high-quality pieces and hope you never receive a faulty or incorrect item. However, if something isn't quite right, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us directly at info@millaeintimates.com as soon as you have received your order. Please include supporting imagery of the faulty or incorrect item, along with your order number and we will happily assist you to resolve the issue.
Please note, we classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged.
Please do not ship back any items before you have confirmed with our team.
Shipping & Returns
Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email and our team will begin processing and preparing your order for shipment.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking information. While we strive to dispatch orders by the next business day, please allow 2–3 business days from the date of purchase for processing and dispatch.
