How to measure
For the most accurate results, measure your body whilst wearing thin/tight fitting clothing or undergarments alone.
Bust
Measure your bust line at the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your back. Keeping the measuring tape firm and parallel to the floor, take a deep breath in and out ensuring the tape measure is snug but not restrictive.
Waist
Measure your waist at the smallest part of your natural waistline, below your ribcage and above your belly button. Again, take a deep breath in and out ensuring the tape measure is snug but not restrictive.
Hips
Measure at the fullest part of your hips, this is generally about 20cm–23cm below your belly button. Do not measure hip bone.
